Gamers Only
Although there will be periods of breaks from gaming, the primary focus of this event is pure gaming. If you don't plan on coming to game, you really shouldn't attend. In all fairness to the flow of the event and those wishing for a great gaming experience, it's also beneficial that you do not attend if you don't plan on partaking in group activities.

Be Respectful
The premises provided belongs to that of a society kind enough to allow us use of their space. We demand utmost respect and care of the property by all those invited to attend. We hope you have obtained a level of maturity to act responsibly and respectfully towards others' property.

No Illegal Substances
This should go without saying, but there will be no illegal substances tolerated on the premises. Smoking will be permitted outside the building. This is to prevent both damage from smoke to the computers as well as maintain a healthy environment for non-smokers attending.

No "Horsing" Around
You hear this often enough but we sincerely hope that those attending are mature enough to withdraw from activities of a boisterous, chaotic or violent nature. This is a gathering of friends and we want everyone to enjoy themselves. People who disrupt the event may be asked to leave.

That covers the majority of what is to be expected of those attending. If you feel you cannot follow these basic guidelines, then we would please ask you to refrain from attending. Use your common sense regarding behaviour.
