The download is approximately 400 kilobytes and is a self extracting EXE. Simply run the file after downloading and select a directory to extract to. If you experience any difficulties, or you cannot get the program to run, you will need to download the Visual Basic 4.0 Run Time files, which you will need to extract to your C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory
